Timeless God, I have been in this role for a good deal of time.   How will I know when it is time to let someone else be in charge?

I have not accomplished everything that I would have liked, but our team has done pretty well growing the business, establishing a healthy climate and inculcating values into our culture.   I am comfortable here; and I think people are somewhat comfortable with me.   During the years, I have looked down on those who hung on too long.  I’ve seen talented successors leave their organizations because of the log jam at the top.   Help me to know when enough is enough.   Strike down the vanity which would make me feel indispensable.
