In a Negotiation

Hymn by St. Francis of Assisi

All creatures of our God and King,
lift up your voice and with us sing
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Thou burning sun with golden beam,
thou silver moon with softer gleam,
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

2 Thou rushing wind that art so strong,
ye clouds that sail in heav’n along,
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Thou rising morn, in praise rejoice,
ye lights of ev’ning find a voice!
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

3 And all ye men of tender heart,
forgiving others, take your part,
O sing ye! Alleluia!
Ye who long pain and sorrow bear,
praise God and on Him cast your care!
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

4 Let all things their Creator bless
and worship Him in humbleness,
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son,
and praise the Spirit, Three in One:
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

33 All Creation God gives life RS John Larrere Consulting LLC

Dear Creator: All You have made give You glory.   Our organization is part and parcel of your creation.   Our mission is worthy and so the works of our hands can be worthy as well.   As we do our best in our organization, as we cooperate with one another, as we use your creation for the benefit of all our stakeholders, we give you glory as does the rising moon and setting sun.   Give us the honor of working with you to use creation as you intended, to support one another as you intended, to serve our customers as you intended.

You may wish to use Daniel 3:51 to continue.  Three Jews thrown into the furnace for their faith are protected by an angel and praise God as they recited:

Daniel 3:51-90

Creation on tiptoe: Destiny of Glory.

18 I consider that the sufferings of this present time are as nothing compared with the glory to be revealed for us. 19 For creation awaits with eager expectation the revelation of the children of God;20 for creation was made subject to futility, not of its own accord but because of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that creation itself would be set free from slavery to corruption and share in the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22 We know that all creation is groaning in labor pains even until now; 23 and not only that, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, we also groan within ourselves as we wait for adoption, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in hope we were saved. Now hope that sees for itself is not hope. For who hopes for what one sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait with endurance.

26 In the same way, the Spirit too comes to the aid of our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit itself intercedes with inexpressible groanings. 27 And the one who searches hearts knows what is the intention of the Spirit, because it intercedes for the holy ones according to God’s will.

Creator, you have made us so that our ordinary work is pleasing to You when we act for the benefit of others inside and outside our organization.  You have made holy the very ordinary efforts of our lives.   You give meaning to our work because You have made us a integral part of Your own work.   We wish to continue your work.  Bless and give meaning to our work.   “Whether you eat or drink or whatsoever else you do, do all for the glory of God.  (1 Corinthian 10:31)
