Lord, as you are aware, we have a crisis. Our numbers for this year are not good and do not look to improve quickly. The political and market dynamics are awful. I wish I had a simple answer to share with my colleagues.
May I “lift up mine eyes to the mountain, from there shall come my help.” Lord, help me divide and conquer this conundrum. Help me to break it down into discrete factors to see their interaction. Free me from paralysis so I can analyze, discuss and determine a way with my colleagues.
May our team remain calm and deliberate. May we not flee from the stormy wind and tempest but face this difficulty with courage and mutual support. Help us find the best way forward for you are our help and our shield.
