Lord help my team see what they share in common.   Should we not help one another rather than compete inappropriately.   We share a mission and a strategy which we claim to agree.   Our colleagues, customers and shareholders depend on us to work together in their best interest.

May I create the right dynamic.  Help us develop an empathy that accurately hears the  concerns of the other.   Can we not develop an analytical objectivity to find the best way forward and then a passionate embrace of what we have agreed?

Can we embrace both conflict and integrity?  Should not our disagreements lead to optimum solutions, enhance respect and the ability to loyally follow the choices or synthesis we have derived?

Help us to give critical feedback to one another, so that our behavior leads to positive results and enhances our collegial bond.
